You can be assured of the quality and health of your puppy based on the following health warranty. Providence puppies are warranted for 7 days, from date of receipt, against parvo and distemper. And are warranted until 1 year of age against congenital defects that would prohibit your puppy from being a suitable pet. Examples of congenital defects are, but are not limited to, blindness, deafness or epilepsy. Hypoglycemia is not covered under this warranty. Your puppy must be inspected by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receipt for this warranty to be valid. Should there be a problem, simply provide us with a written statement from a licensed veterinarian, return the puppy to us and we will replace it with one of equal value. Our liability is limited to replacement only. No cash will be refunded and no vet bills or transportation cost will be paid by us.
Accepted forms of payment are cash or the equalivant; such as paypal or postal money order. Personal checks will be accepted however your puppy will not be shipped until funds are verified (approximately 14 business days from receipt of payment). Deposits are not refunded for any reason.
For disease control purposes, the health of our animals and the safety of our family we do not allow visits or tours of our facilities.
Due to the dynamics of our large and busy family we are not available 24/7 to answer emails or phone calls. We will get back to you as soon as our schedule allows. This also applies to the shipping of your puppy. We will do our best to ship your puppy as soon as possible but have no control over the weather, airline schedules/delays or our very busy schedule. The closest airport is 100 miles away and we only make one trip per week and do not ship on weekends or holidays.
As long time breeders, we are dedicated to our puppies and their well being. You agree to inform and surrender the puppy to us if, at any time durning the puppy's life, you are unable to keep or care for your puppy. Furthermore you agree to NEVER turn your puppy over to a shelter, society, or rescue organization. If you have questions or concerns, at any time, please feel free to contact us.
